Prepared by crossing Grenache Noir and Aramón Noir in 1960 . Registered in the official catalog of varieties of grapes in France in the list of A 1, but at the moment very little is cultivated . -Description: Bunches of medium and large size, more or less compact . Petioles medium strength, constantly green, not woody . Berries of medium size, round shape . Peel beautiful blue-black color with a strongtouch . -Ability production: early bud break . Shrub erect, strong and prolific . preferably a regular short pruning . Maturing later, in the third phase . -Type wine / Fragrance: in general, gives the wine soft, slightly astringent taste . Color is often absent . Monerak - an ideal variety for the production of rosé wines .
