Description Grapes Assyrtiko

Ancient Greek wine grape variety, one of the best white wine varieties in Greece . It is believed that appeared on the island of Santorini Assyrtiko, where now from these grapes grown on volcanic soils of the island, makes a powerful and rich, with a unique taste, dry white wine, such as Thalassitis of Gaia .
