This genus was isolated fromTricholoma kind in connection with the difference in the anatomy of the fruiting bodies . In the new genus now includes about 20 species, of which the most common Calocybe May and is known . this fungus grows in the lowlands and mountains groups, stripes and circles, appearing more often grass in gardens, on the slopes, in the parks, forest edges . The fruits are typical for their whitish color, taste and smell them - strongly mealy .
