SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BREEDING

Growing

Technological process of mushroom cultivation includes four separate but interrelated technologies: preparation of the substrate (compost), the preparation of the coating material, growing seedlings - mycelium (mycelium) and cultivation of mushroom culture . Process Flow Diagram is shown in Figure 6 .

Single-zone systemcan be used as traditional methods of cultivation in various adapted premises (cellars, caves, quarries, vegetable greenhouses, etc. . d . ), and in specialized facilities - ground mushroom . crops grown on single-zone system in several ways - on the floor flat ridges, two andthree-ridge ridges (rollers), in boxes or containers, stationary multi-tiered racks (usually five-tiered) or in bags made of a polymeric material .

Whereinpasteurizing and cooling the substrate is performed in a special room with active ventilation, germination mycelium - indoors same design (tunnel) and growing culture is carried out by any known method - for stationary tiered racks, in boxes or containers in bags made of polymer films on Flooringflat ridges or two-, three-ridge rolls . Pasteurization and germination substrate mycelium weight successfully combine with the cultivation of a culture in a variety of adapted premises or in special large or small mushroom .
