Mass root 150 - 250 g . flesh is firm, juicy, gray-white, fragrant . Grade prized for medicinal and nutritional properties, resistance to disease . For use in fresh or processed . The leaves are used to flavor soups and hot dishes, root - as a seasoning for soups, soup, fish dishes,in pickling cucumbers in marinades . Well preserved until spring, easily tolerates little cold . sow in early spring or before winter to a depth of 1.5 - 2.5 cm .
